These are the policies and conditions you agree to by purchasing a reading with Fayth.
Fayth’s Soulspace — Private Reading Policies
Payment & Booking
Payment is required at the time of booking. Your reading is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Prices vary based on the reading length, service selected, and any additional add-ons purchased.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your reading, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the appointment and payment.
Late Arrivals
For scheduled live readings, arriving late does not extend the scheduled appointment. Your reading will still end at the originally scheduled time. Significant lateness may result in the appointment being considered a no-show.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled live reading without notice are not guaranteed a refund or replacement appointment.
Recorded/Delivered Readings
For readings delivered as recordings rather than live appointments, the delivery timeframe begins once all required intake information has been submitted. Standard readings are generally delivered within the timeframe stated when booking. Unexpected delays will be communicated when reasonably possible.
Reading Questions
Please submit accurate and complete information regarding what you would like guidance on. Fayth’s Soulspace may decline to answer questions that fall outside the scope of the practice or that I believe would be inappropriate or irresponsible to address through tarot or spiritual guidance.
Nature of Tarot & Spiritual Guidance
Tarot, intuitive readings, channeling, and other spiritual services offered by Fayth’s Soulspace are intended for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, insight, and entertainment.
Readings do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
No specific prediction, outcome, spiritual experience, or result is guaranteed.
Client Autonomy
A reading provides perspective and guidance—not instructions you are required to follow. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health, and personal wellbeing following a reading.
Third-Party Readings
Questions involving another person may be explored when relevant to your own circumstances; however, Fayth’s Soulspace may redirect or decline questions that excessively invade another person's privacy or attempt to determine information that would be inappropriate to obtain through a reading.
Sensitive & High-Risk Topics
Fayth’s Soulspace may decline or redirect questions involving medical diagnoses, pregnancy outcomes, death predictions, legal outcomes, financial guarantees, criminal investigations, emergencies, or other situations better addressed by an appropriately qualified professional.
Spiritual Interpretation
Spiritual concepts discussed during readings—including energy, guides, intuition, divination, spellwork, or similar subjects—are interpreted within the spiritual framework of the service. Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and beliefs when interpreting spiritual guidance.
Respect & Conduct
Fayth’s Soulspace reserves the right to end or refuse a reading when a client is threatening, harassing, sexually inappropriate, abusive, severely disruptive, or otherwise creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.
Intoxication & Impairment
A live reading may be declined or discontinued if a client appears too intoxicated or impaired to participate meaningfully or safely.
Confidentiality
Client readings and information shared during a reading are treated as private and will not intentionally be shared with others without permission, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
Recording
Fayth’s Soulspace may provide a recording when included with the purchased service. Clients may save and revisit their own reading recordings for personal use.
Neither party may publicly post or commercially distribute a private reading recording containing the other party's voice, image, or identifying information without permission.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to independently purchase a private reading. Services for minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Refunds
Dissatisfaction with the interpretation, message, or outcome of a completed reading does not automatically qualify for a refund. Tarot and intuitive services are interpretive and no particular result is guaranteed.
If Fayth’s Soulspace is unable to provide a purchased service, the client will be offered an appropriate rescheduling, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Right to Refuse Service
Fayth’s Soulspace reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when necessary for ethical, safety, boundary, or scope-of-practice reasons. When a paid service is declined before being provided, an appropriate refund will be issued unless the client's conduct or violation of these policies warrants otherwise.
